❀ playing god [rider&byakuran]
The streets of Hive City were particularly crowded tonight, that was something she noted. Maybe it was just her, perhaps it was just at this certain hour of the night where there seemed to be more civilians than usual. But, the a woman was not very concerned with such things. Whether there were more people, or less, there wasn’t much of a difference. The Servant had taken up the habit of walking out in the open, since there was no way she could conceal herself when she had no access to her abilities. She also wouldn’t stay put in her room for the entire day, it gave her something to do.
Lavender hair swayed gently, side to side, with every step that she took. Despite it being a bit crowded, it wasn’t as loud. But maybe that was just her, too. Rider had begun dragging out bits of information on the city; however nothing much on the scientist who had placed her here. There were so many questions unanswered, yet she knew none would get answered anytime soon. Rider never concerned herself with too many things, yet the fact that she was not close to Sakura, unable to keep a close on the young girl unsettled her just a bit. Lips thinned into a firm line as she continued to make her way through the crowd, hands briefly balled into tight fists before relaxing once again. Too deep in thought, the Servant had only a split second to snap back into reality, just fast enough to graze lightly against the person who walked by in the opposite direction.
She shouldn’t be thinking of these things when in the open like this. Back “home” her mind was occupied with thoughts of protecting her Master. However, here in Hive city, they would switch between many different things. This being the first time she ever really bumped into anyone in the city, she made a mental note to be careful next time and glanced at whoever it was she bumped into. There was something peculiar about the man she bumped into — she just couldn’t exactly place her finger on it. Maybe it was his appearance, ah, but she just bumped into him. There wasn’t much of a point in thinking about something which would most likely not matter.
With a small nod at his direction, she uttered an almost silent apology.
Being bumped into wasn’t what he was expected for his first encounter.
Generally he didn’t care, however, not minding contact in the slightest. In fact, it had brought his mind away from the anger sticking itself to his mind with sharp needles every second, eyes shifting to glance at the one who pulled him from such vile thoughts.
Shades of purple and black had what caught his attention at first, amused that the girl would be bathed in one of the colors he enjoyed most. Her outfit was a bit peculiar to him; that dress wasn’t like many others, even the boots and clothe covering her arms were obviously not similar in design to anything he saw from his own world. That visor was the most intriguing aspect, smile growing in speculation as to why she’d need to wear a thing like that.
Leave it to him to take note of the tiniest things, wanting to absorb every detail he could.
” If you’re going to apologize it should be louder so the other can hear. “
And as if nothing had happened, his voice remained teasing and childish. Already his interest in this girl was spiked just by her appearance and actions alone, a mischievous glint lingering in his eyes as he looked her over. Whatever she was, he wouldn’t deny she had a beauty that could entrance those who had no control over their desires and flimsy minds.
Byakuran wasn’t one to let another control him, however, making it easy to avoid that kind of outcome.

” Besides, there’s a reason you’re wearing that visor, being so formal about a small bump isn’t necessary for that same reason, too. “
A pause as he played with the thoughts, body turning so he could face her more properly as both hands found their way to his pockets with the lunch box dropping to the ground effortlessly.
” … unless you’re not blind? Apologizing when covering your eyes gives that away. “
